Impossible Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs

Preparation

Brown beef and onion. Drain and stir in salt. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir milk, Bisquick and eggs together with fork until blended. Pour into plate. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield:
8 servings.
