Orange Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sweet milk
    4 c. flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder (Dr. Price's cream)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs and part of the flour, then the milk, the rest of the flour and 1/2 cup pecans.
    Bake in layers.
