Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 large onions, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet; saute onions until golden brown. Sprinkle on sugar and continue to saute until onions are well browned and crisp.
    Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil; set aside.
