Baked Chicken Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    1 to 2 c. fine dry seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. each: chili powder and ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    8 chicken thighs, skinned or 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a pie plate, beat eggs and salsa.
    On a sheet of wax paper, combine the bread crumbs and spices.
    Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture and roll in crumbs, then dip again in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
    Set aside.
