Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time, beating after each. Add dry ingredients, then fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool completely before frosting.
