Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    2 c. water or bouillon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Rinse the rice.
    Place all ingredients together in a pot (with a tight lid).
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, keeping lid on tight.
    Remove from heat and set aside, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir with a fork to fluff. Serves 4 to 6.
