Easy Macaroni Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 qt. tomato juice
1 tsp. onion salt or powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 small green peppers, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Preparation

Brown ground beef in a pan sprayed with Pam.
Add tomato juice and seasonings.
Cook over low heat.
When mixture is boiling about 5 minutes, gradually add the macaroni so that the tomato juice mixture continues to boil.
Add green peppers and onion.
Cover and cook until macaroni is tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally during cooking.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
