Creole Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    6 cloves
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Boil peppers (opened from top and cleaned) for 5 minutes in salted water.
    Combine meat, 1/4 cup onion, celery, salt, egg and milk.
    Drain peppers and stuff with meat mixture.
    Place in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
