Christmas Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white with cold water; beat until foamy.
    Stir in nuts and mix well until nuts are completely coated.
    Mix in bowl the brown and white sugars, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour over nut mixture and stir until nuts are covered.
    Pour on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir 3 or 4 times while baking.
