Creamed Dried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 oz. sliced dried or smoked beef
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/3 c. milk (low-fat if desired)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 to 6 slices buttered toast
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef with butter in 10-inch skillet on medium for 3 minutes or until edges curl.
    Gradually stir in flour.
    Add milk all at once.
    Stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Spoon over buttered toast.
    Serves 3 to 4.
