Roast Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork loin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and rub thoroughly into the loin.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, until tender.
    After meat has baked for 1 1/2 hours, spread generously with topping.
