Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (approximately 3 lbs.)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 chicken and 1 mushroom)
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1-1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Tear into pieces and place in baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Crush Ritz crackers and pour on top.
    Melt butter and pour over top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
