Mexican Skillet Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and milk in an electric skillet.
    Set thermostat at 280\u00b0.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off skillet.
    Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla.
    Stir until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted and smoothly blended.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch square buttered dish.
    Cool before cutting into squares. Yields 2 pounds.
