Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar, mixed with 3 Tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together. Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole. Top with crushed Ritz or Town House crackers. Drizzle with 1/4-cup melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
