Spinach-Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, blanched
    1 head cauliflower, blanched
    1 lb. spinach, lightly cooked
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. low-fat oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. low-fat or skim milk
    dill and prepared mustard
Preparation
    Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
    Mix with spinach and onions.
    To make light white sauce, melt low-fat oleo in pan; add flour and mix.
    Add low-fat or skim milk (powdered works well) and blend, cooking until thickened and smooth.
    Add little dill and mustard to taste.
    Pour over veggies in casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
