Bacon-Wrapped Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh tuna
    1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cut tuna into 6 steaks each, about 1 inch thick.
    Remove any skin or bone.
