Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pot roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Put all in crock-pot for 10 hours.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
