Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    2 small papaya
    1 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in a blender until frothy. Yields 5 (1/2 cup each) servings; 280 total (56 per 1/2 cup) calories.
    Exchange:
    1 1/2 fruit.
