Spice Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix sugar with spices.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Do not overmix.
    Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes. Makes 1 2/3 cups with approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
