Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed and mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter (no substitutes)
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine them with the rest of the ingredients, except corn flakes.
    Place in a 3-quart casserole or large flat baking dish.
    Sprinkle buttered corn flakes on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
