Ricotta Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta
    2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together eggs; add Ricotta, sugar, baking powder and flour. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
    In saucepan, pour oil.
    When it is hot, drop dough by the tablespoonfuls into oil.
    Puffs will turn themselves when browned.
    Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Eat them hot.
