Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
Combine other ingredients (except crumbs) to the broccoli.
Pour in casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
May be refrigerated or frozen before cooking.
