Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 medium zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (may use whole wheat flour)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Grate zucchini and add to mixture.
    In second bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add raisins and nuts to flour mixture.
    Stir flour mixture into zucchini mixture.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
