Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
-
Marinate meat and vegetables several hours or overnight.
(Do marinate meat, carrots, celery and onions.
Do not marinate peppers and mushrooms.)
