Kraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large can Bavarian kraut
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into balls.
    Make a thick paste with flour and milk.
    Coat each ball and then deep fry until brown.
    Can freeze and then heat in oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
