2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
Add shortening to flour and blend.
Add milk and mix until dough will form into a ball.
Turn dough out on a floured board; knead lightly until you can work the dough out to a smooth surface.
