Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    18 vanilla wafers
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except wafers.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of baking cup liners.
    Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Top with any fruit filling.
    Makes 18 tarts.
