Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. graham crackers
    2 to 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine, cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, sugar and salt.
    Add 1/4 cup milk.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
    Turn off heat but leave pan on the stove for 5 minutes.
    Add margarine and vanilla.
    Mix pudding with 3 3/4 cups milk.
    Add Cool Whip.
