Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and melted margarine.
    Add flour, salt and buttermilk.
    Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (about 45 minutes).
