Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix the first four ingredients thoroughly and spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine stuffing and margarine and spread on top of vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until hot all through.
