Caramel Dip And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped unsalted peanuts
6 medium to large apples
1/4 c. lemon juice

Preparation

Core and slice apples.
Place in a large container of cold water and lemon juice to prevent fruit from browning until ready to serve.
