Christmas Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. block white chocolate
    1/2 lb. crushed hard peppermint candy (white, red and green)
Preparation
    Microwave the white chocolate for 1 minute.
    Then stir each minute until melted.
    It takes about 3 minutes.
    Stir in crushed peppermint candy. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and spread the white chocolate mixture on the cookie sheet.
    Place it in the freezer for 12 minutes.
    Take out and break in pieces.
