Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 carrot (a must)
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Grease large casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of poultry seasoning in bottom of casserole. Combine all other ingredients and pour over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
