Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy flour
    7 c. oatmeal
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl.
    Spread evenly on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until coconut is lightly browned (approximately 1 hour).
    Cool and store in airtight container.
