Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chickpeas (a.k.a. garbanzo beans)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. tahini
lemon juice
salt
Preparation

Drain the chickpeas, then proceed to create a fluid and smooth form of chickpea mash in a food processor.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini and salt to your liking.
Be sure that the amount of tahini is sparingly added.
Too much will create a soupy and gritty oil spill.
Serve with pita bread or on vegetables (i.e., tomatoes).
