Broccoli And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In a bowl combine beaten egg, broccoli, corn, onion, salt and pepper.
    In a small saucepan melt margarine; add stuffing mix. Toss to coat.
    Stir 3/4 cup of buttered stuffing in vegetable mixture.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
