Coconut Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    11 to 12 slices white bread
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Mix well, spread over each slice of bread. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
