Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with a little water; shake a few in the bag mixture at a time, coating well.
    Melt the oleo in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place potatoes in a layer in the dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn potatoes over once.
