Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. corned beef brisket
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 head of cabbage, cut into small wedges
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in cooker pot with cabbage on top.
    Cut meat in pieces if necessary to fit into cooker.
    Cook on low 12 to 14 hours or on high 6 to 7 hours or on automatic 6 to 8 hours. Yield:
    4 servings.
