Scotts College Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    6 - 8 thin slices velveeta cheese
    1 package tater-tots
    1 can celery soup
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt.
    Drain off excess grease and add the celery and mushroom soups and mix well.
    Pour this mixture into a 9 X 12 baking dish.
    Top with velveeta cheese slices.
    Top with a bag of tater tots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tater tots are done.
    Then top with grated mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 - 15 minutes.
