Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium apples, pared and sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix apples and brown sugar in baking pan and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat egg and mix with flour mixture. Spread over apples and pour butter on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
