Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal (yellow)
1 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
Preparation
-
Mix eggs, sugar, corn meal, flour, salt and margarine.
Add milk, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Pour into a 10-inch unbaked (pricked in middle 3 times) pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
