Mamie Snyder'S Lemon Sponge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    heaping Tbsp. flour
    grate the rind of 2 large lemons and also the juice
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    sprinkle of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and add last.
    Put into unbaked pie shell; bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Don't let top get too dark.
