1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in baking dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
