Herman Cake Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water (115~)
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    On the 10th day, use the starter to make the cake.
    The cake uses 2 cups starter; give one cup to a friend and save 1 cup for your next cake (feed the starter you keep this day and five days later).
