Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    chopped green pepper
    chopped onion
    garlic powder
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 oz. shredded American, Colby or Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cover zucchini with water and boil until tender, then drain or steam zucchini. Set aside.
    Brown hamburger with garlic powder, onion, green pepper and salt; drain.
    Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Cook for about 10 minutes.
    Add drained zucchini.
    Stir well.
