Fiesta Bean And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. mild or hot picante sauce
1 (15 oz.) can Spanish rice
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
tortilla chips (optional)
Preparation

In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and half the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
