Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 onion, diced
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan and put remaining ingredients over top, putting cheese on last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Or, mix all together and top with crushed potato chips and bake.
