Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 stick oleo
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook rice in 2 cups of water; rinse in colander and drain.
Add Cheez Whiz while rice is hot.
Saute celery and onion in oleo until clear.
Prepare broccoli as directed on package.
Add oleo and chop very fine; drain broccoli.
Combine all stuff with undiluted mushroom soup.
Pour into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch Pyrex dish.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
