Persimmon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. persimmons
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add some raisins (to taste), dates, coconut and nuts (if desired).
    Put persimmons in colander and set in bowl.
    Pour hot milk over them and work pulp through colander.
    Add goodies to it. Pour into baking pan and cook until fork comes out clean and nice and brown.
    Good plain or with cream cheese frosting or Cool Whip on top.
